Requirements for Formation and Registration of a Private Limited Company in Hong Kong

    Proposed Company Name. The company name can only be Chinese or English, or Chinese and English.

    A photocopy of passport (biopage) of all shareholders and their residential addresses. If the shareholders are Hong Kong residents, a copy of their Hong Kong Identity Card shall be submitted in lieu of their passports.

    If the shareholder is a corporation, please provide its Certificate of Incorporation and registered office.

    A photocopy of passport (biopage) of all directors and their residential addresses. If the directors are Hong Kong residents, a copy of their Hong Kong Identity Card shall be submitted in lieu of their passports.

    If the director is a corporation, please provide its Certificate of Incorporation and registered office.

    Amount of share capital and percentage of shareholdings of all the shareholders, if there is more than one (1) shareholder.

注意事項
  • 擬用公司名稱不能與已在公司註冊處登記之名稱相同或太相似；
  • 香港公司必須最少有一位股東、一位董事及一名公司秘書；
  • 任何國藉之人士或在任何地方註冊成立之公司均可出任香港公司的股東或董事；但公司秘書則必須由香港居民或由在香港註冊之有限公司出任。
    本公司也有提供代理公司秘書及其它相關服務
  • 香港公司的註冊地址必須在香港。如果您沒有租用辦公室或其它可用地址，您可用本公司地址作爲註冊地址；
  • 本公司所出售之空殼公司的註冊資本一般爲港幣一萬元，而發行股本則爲一元（假設只有一個股東）。
    如果您欲增加註冊資本及發行資股，本公司可代爲辦理
